Responsibilities

JPL'sNew Grad  program provides recent college graduates with an opportunity to immediately utilize the knowledge obtained through their studies to gain related work experiences in alignment with their professional goals. To qualify for this program, students must have a 3.0/4.0 cumulative GPA and be graduating between now and September 2020. Students who have graduated with their Bachelor's or Master's within the last three years or with their PhD within the last 7 years also qualify for this program.

 

Available positions include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Flight System Engineer

  • Ground System Engineer

  • Guidance and Control Engineer

  • Instrument Systems Engineer

  • Mission Design Engineers

  • Navigation Engineers

  • Payload Systems Engineers

  • Project Systems Engineer

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelors with 1 year of related experience, Masters, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
  • Must have a minimum 3.0 out of a 4.0 cumulative GPA

Desired Qualifications:

  • Graduating with most recent degree and available to start prior to September 2020
  • Internship experience in a related position
  • Collaborative team player
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication
